I have had the privilege of working as a psychotherapist since 2001 and have been in private practice since 2005. I believe that each person has the capacity to heal and grow; to create a life that is meaningful; to build healthy relationships; to embrace imperfection in self and others; and to cultivate the inner-strength to cope with the challenges that life presents. 

Therapy should be an approachable process where you receive thoughtful feedback, encouragement to be your truest self, and compassionate support for coping with challenges within yourself and your life circumstances.
